Although there are other entities on the internet offering online ordering for our business Mugsy's Pub, we are not affiliated with them nor do we encourage their use. All they are doing is forwarding your order to us, and charging you an additional fees and sometimes increasing the prices! You'll not get your order any faster and as a matter of fact your order might be delayed due to the other companies lack of knowledge concerning our operation. Also please be advised if you choose to use their so called service, any issues that might possibly arise will be between you and them.

ATT: In regards to our online ordering we are experiencing issues with our mobile credit card readers that we should have remedied by the end of September 2024. We very much appreciate your patience and understandinf until new equipment arrives. Thank you, Mugsy's  

Update 10-2-24, we're still working on this, everyday getting closer. Sorry for any inconvenience. Dealing with the technology, being on hold multiple times for 20+ minutes EVERYtime. Not trying to pay absolutely outrageous prices for updates. It's frustrating! Hopefully all done by Oct. 10th. Keeping our fingers crossed.

Update 11-1-24, here we are still trying to get this done. Our credit card company (Cayan/TSYS) is to blame. They told us we needed new card readers. We bought used that they refused to reprogram. So we bought four new card readers from them at a cost of $2200 that they cannot program. We've talked with outsourced labor that were difficult to understand. We've talked with stateside labor that spoke good English but could not program our new equipment. Our software provider can't help us. They, who recommended this company to us say they are unfamiliar with thie new equipment. We bought new smart phones for an additional $2000. Nothing works. At this time we easily have about 35+ hours in this. We are still working on this almost daily, hoping for a resolution. Our apologies but we are beside ourselves trying to get it fixed. Thank you for your continued patience.

Update 11-8-24: The card readers that our credit card processor sold to us won't work and are not going to work. From what we know at this time, nothing is even in the works to replace the old card readers. Currently we only have 2 of our original 10 that work. Next week, we'll run a trial with Square to see how that works out. Hopefully that will be the ticket out of this mess.
